The files section is available and requires special credentials to access.  Send a request to the admin if you want access.  Your request will be processed on a case by case basis and will not guarantee that you will get access.

For those that already have access, make a request for your particular files and the admin may or may not make your files available.  It all depends on who you are and what files you are looking for.

You will also encounter "Certificate Errors" when trying to access the Files section.  Add an exception and continue even if your browser states it is unsafe.  If you really want the files that bad, you will ignore the browser's warnings.  You have reached the files section when a login prompt is displayed.
